MultiFix — Account Deletion Instructions

1. Open the MultiFix app and log in.
2. On the home screen, tap your profile image or name at the top.
3. You will be taken to your Profile screen.
4. Scroll and tap the "Delete Account" button.
5. A confirmation popup will appear asking if you really want to delete your account.
6. Tap "Yes" to confirm. Your account and associated data will be deleted.

Account deletion is quick and can be completed in a few seconds from inside the app.

• Profile information (name, email, phone number)
• All created tickets / service requests
• Images or files uploaded by the user
• Activity history and user-generated content
• Login credentials and authentication tokens

All items above are removed from our active production systems upon account deletion.
